Concentra Bank is pleased to
invite applications to serve as a director on the Concentra Bank Board of Directors (the
Board). In accordance with the
Bank Act, all directors will be elected for a one-year term. In our effort to find the best qualified candidates, the Nominating Committee will undertake a comprehensive assessment process which will include:
- The submission by all candidates of a completed application, and all required supporting documentation
- An independent review of all applications to ensure applicants are qualified in accordance with the criteria set out in the
Bank Act, as well as to assist the Nominating Committee in determining the candidate interview pool based on the required core competencies established by Concentra Bank
- Conducting further assessments, including an interview, and background check
- Proposing successful candidates for the Board's approval
The Concentra Board will recommend directors for election by the shareholders during the Concentra Bank Annual General Meeting, to be held on April 9, 2019.
